1. Subject of the Service

These terms establish the legal framework under which users can access and use the AnalyzeDecisions platform, operated by S.C. AnalyzeDecisions S.R.L., headquartered at Aleea Decebal 5A. The service consists of providing analysis and testing tools for available options, allowing users to make more informed decisions.

The platform is intended exclusively for personal and non-commercial use, except in cases where a separate written agreement is concluded with the administrator.

2. User Rights and Obligations

The user agrees to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and to update any changes to it. The created account is personal and non-transferable.

It is forbidden to use the platform for:

• Violating applicable laws or the rights of third parties;
• Transmitting illegal, threatening, or defamatory content;
• Unauthorized access to systems or interfering with their operation;
• Collecting personal data without consent.

3. Provider Rights and Obligations

The provider undertakes to maintain the platform's functionality within reasonable limits and to notify users of planned interruptions. Any changes to the terms will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.

The provider reserves the right to suspend or restrict access for users who violate these terms, without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is," without express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. The user assumes all risk related to the use of the service.

In no event shall the provider be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Payments, Returns, and Subscriptions

For premium features, the user may purchase monthly or annual subscriptions, according to the rates displayed on the platform. All payments are processed through secure intermediaries, and banking data is not stored by the provider.

Returns are granted within 14 days of purchase, only if the service has not been accessed. Subscriptions canceled before expiration are not proportionally refundable, except in cases of force majeure.

6. Termination of Use

The user may terminate the use of the platform at any time by deleting their account from the settings. The provider may unilaterally terminate access in case of a serious breach of the terms, without prior notice.

After termination, the user's data will be retained in accordance with the privacy policy, available at policy.html.

7. Modification of Terms

The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms. Any modification will be published on the platform and notified to users by email at least 30 days before implementation.

Continued use after the modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
